ICT Youth Drumline, Inc. Is proud to offer free membership for all participating students who reside in Wichita, Kansas. Our goal is to eliminate financial barriers and ensure that all youth have access to high-quality, community-based music education and leadership development.

Who is Eligible?

To be a member of the ICT Youth Drumline, students must:

• Be within the ages of 6 and 18
• Be a resident of Wichita, KS
• Must complete all required forms
• Have the commitment to attend 80% of all regular practices and performances in the year
• Have a Parent/Guardian sign the Parent-Student Agreement
• Have Parents/Guardians making a commitment to actively participate in at least 2 of the fundraiser events in the program year
• Purchase the designated uniform when requested

• Free Participation in all ICT Youth Drumline rehearsals, classes and performances. 

Please Note: * Some workshops and travel-based performances may be subject to a fee.

• Access to instruments and performance gear (provided by the organization)
• Participation in community events, parades and educational workshops
• Leadership and team-building development opportunities

1. Complete the Student Sign Up Form
2. A volunteer will contact the parent or guardian to answer any questions. Proof of Wichita Residency (Bill in your name, school enrollment, State ID etc.) may be required
3. The student is welcome to come to a practice to see if it is a good fit
4. If interested, the parent or guardian will need to complete all the application documents, review Parent/Student Handbook, Behavior and Code of Conduct Expectations, and sign and return all required consent and conduct forms.
