Bishop Wade Moore is a respected leader known for his resilience, faith, and commitment to bettering his community. Rising from poverty and adversity, Moore served nine years in the U.S. Army before transitioning to civilian life in 1989, where he quickly advanced from an entry-level role at Boeing to management. In 2000, he left Boeing to answer a call to ministry, becoming a full-time Youth Pastor despite skepticism about leaving a promising corporate career.

He founded M.U.D. Man, Inc.—standing for Motivation, Unity, and Discipline—and owned three tackle football clubs. A visionary for education, Moore purchased a closed school in Northeast Wichita and opened The Urban Preparatory Academy in 2014, serving low-income and working-class families. In 2023, he opened Urban Prep Academy South at their church.

Moore is also active in the Greater Wichita Ministerial League, serving as Assistant Secretary and later President. His honors include NAACP Clergy of the Year (Wichita Branch), two Martin Luther King, Jr. Visions and Dreams Awards, the Senator John Ingalls Award, and the Sedgwick County Chairman’s Award. He championed school choice, helping launch legislation for tax credit scholarships for low-income children. In 2022, Urban Prep Academy was named a Yass Prize Finalist, receiving $500,000. Moore also published his first book, “Forty Days Into the Miraculous.”

Tausha is an advocate and bridge‑builder dedicated to uplifting young people and protecting the most vulnerable. A former special education teacher, she has spent years championing children who need a strong voice in their corner—her own and those whose families may not have the resources, knowledge, or support to navigate complex systems.

Her work is grounded in empathy, persistence, and a deep belief that every child deserves safety, opportunity, and someone who refuses to give up on them.

As a board member and community liaison for ICT Youth Drumline, Tausha aims to strengthen relationships between families, schools, community partners, and the organization. She focuses on creating welcoming pathways for participation, ensuring families feel seen and supported, and helping young people access the confidence, discipline, and creative expression that music provides. Her leadership blends warmth, humor, and a steady commitment to equity and belonging.

Beyond youth advocacy, Tausha is deeply involved in animal rescue, working hands-on with dogs on death row and pushing for humane, transparent shelter reform. Her dedication to saving lives—whether human or animal—shapes her approach to service: hands‑on, heart‑driven, and unafraid to confront hard truths.

In every role she takes on, Tausha brings a steady voice, a problem‑solver’s mindset, and an unwavering commitment to creating communities where the most vulnerable are protected, valued, and given a chance to thrive.
